Attorney Derik R. Girdwood specializes in family law (which includes

Detroit College of Law (Michigan State University College of Law) and was
honored by being selected to join the Detroit College Of Law Review. He was
published twice in its prestigious law journal regarding Michigan rules of
evidence, "People v. Burton, The Excited Utterance Drawbridge," Volume
1990 - Issue 3  and workers' compensation issues, "Can I Collect Workers'
Compensation If My Job Drives Me Crazy?" Volume 1992 - Issue 2.
